Sacheting Operations

To provide a high product integrity and avoid cross contamination we offer single room or multi-room self contained sachet production suites with independent temperature and relative humidity control. Fully modified sachet atmosphere can be provided by gas flushing as required.

We have a variety of different sachet machines including modern PLC controlled Enflex, Universal Pack, Rovema, Weston Wight and Volpack providing us with the ability to accommodate a wide range of production volumes with sachet fill weights from 0.5 to 250 grams with sizes from 50mm square to 200 x 180mm in a range of presentation formats including gusseted sachets.

Our depth of sacheting equipment allows for filling a wide range of dry and liquid products including yeasts, nutrients, stabilisers, clarifiers and flavours such as wine, spirit and cocktail.

Each machine can apply online batch coding via embossed or inkjet systems. All machines have online 'black-ink' hot foil printing allowing simple text and graphics to be printed on one side of a sachet. For full colour printing we can recommend high quality external printing companies.

We hold in stock sachet laminate materials such as: paper/poly/foil/surlyn (ppfs), metallised polyester/ low density polythene (met pet ldpe), polyester/low density polythene (pet/ldpe). These can be used for a variety of dry and liquid applications. Suppliers of more specialist type can be recommended.
